By volume, yes — there is no per-gigabyte charge. A fair use policy applies: if your load strains the network, the speed may be shaped to 10–100 Mbps depending on the plan until the end of the billing period.

L3-L4 filtering on every plan. In Frankfurt the filtering is full-featured and we tune the rules for your project on request. In Warsaw the address is blackholed for the duration of an attack. Application-layer (L7) protection is not included.

It is closed for new accounts — a standard anti-spam practice. We open it through a ticket, just tell us what it is for. We don't change PTR records, so for regular mailings use an external SMTP relay.

We forward the complaint to you and give you 24 hours to respond. No sudden suspensions or unexpected charges. The full list of what is and isn't allowed is in the acceptable use policy.

The server stops as soon as the paid period ends — your data stays in place. You have 72 hours to renew: pay and the server starts back up with the same data. After that the server and its disks are deleted beyond recovery.

Yes. Within 7 days of your first payment we refund the full cost of the server. There is no separate trial period — this refund takes its place.
